Professional document storage
Why go to the trouble of creating important documents if they are lost or damaged when you need them most? To ensure that your documents are kept safe and can be easily found, we offer a professional storage option through our estate administration partner, Kings Court Trust.
What are the benefits?

- Your Wills and Powers of Attorney safely stored - your documents will be sent to a fully insured, professional facility, guaranteed against flood and fire damage
- Certificate of storage - for you to keep with the copies of your Wills, includes your unique reference number so you can retrieve your documents at anytime
- Free Will updates* - we will make simple changes to your Wills for free
- Your Wills automatically registered with The National Will Register - a simple on-line search will allow your executors to find where your documents are stored (the normal cost of on-line registration is £30)
*free updates limited to three times per year. A 'simple change' is one which does not significantly alter the structure of the Will or require additional advice/appointments. This might include amendments to executors, trustees, guardians or gifts, for example.
